CrypSpy is a crypto market analytics SaaS platform. It provides market data visualization, charts, alerts, radar filters, watchlists and educational analytical tools. CrypSpy does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, custody, order execution, copy trading, portfolio management, guaranteed returns or personal trading recommendations.
1. What CrypSpy is
CrypSpy provides software for visualizing market data and using charts, price levels, alerts, market radar, news, watchlists, user publications and educational analytics.
CrypSpy is not an exchange, broker, custodian, payment service, asset manager or investment adviser. It does not accept or execute orders, hold user funds or manage portfolios.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the security of your account, email, password, authorization tokens and devices. You may not transfer or sell access, evade limits or use the service on behalf of another person without permission.
CrypSpy may restrict, suspend or terminate access where an account is used for fraud, abuse, circumvention of technical limits, attacks, unlawful activity or dangerous content.
3. Free and Premium
Free and Premium differ by feature set and limits, including active price levels, forecast publishing, Premium ideas, tool usage time, advertising, indicators and server-side notifications.
Current features, limits, subscription periods and payment terms are shown on the Pricing page and in the Billing Terms. Premium expands access but does not guarantee returns or make market decisions safe.
4. Publications, forecasts and comments
Users may publish ideas, forecasts, comments, reactions and other information. This content represents the author’s opinion, not a CrypSpy recommendation. Rankings, followers, views, win rate, ROI or Premium status do not guarantee results.
Profit guarantees, market manipulation, misleading content, undisclosed advertising, fraudulent links, pump-and-dump promotion, impersonation and disclosure of personal data without consent are prohibited.
5. Data, alerts and availability
Market data, candles, volume, liquidations, news, calendars, profiles and metrics may come from exchanges, third-party APIs, internal algorithms and users. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or temporarily unavailable.
CrypSpy uses Binance Futures market prices to determine user forecast results and related metrics, including user rank. Binance does not calculate or supply a ready-made rank; forecast performance and rank are calculated by CrypSpy’s internal algorithms.
Alerts and radar events are technical features. They may fail, arrive late, display incorrectly or be blocked by a device, browser, network, Telegram, email provider, exchange or third-party API.
6. Limitation of liability
You make your own decisions about trades, risk, leverage, position size, stops, subscriptions and actions outside CrypSpy. The service is provided as is and as available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrypSpy is not liable for losses, lost profits, liquidations, data errors, delays, incorrect alerts, infrastructure failures, user decisions or the consequences of using third-party platforms.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, features, limits and related documents. A new version applies after publication unless stated otherwise. Continued use of CrypSpy after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
