1. Data we collect
Account data may include email, name, avatar, user ID, language, settings, subscription status, sign-in history and security events.
Product data may include followed symbols, price levels, alerts, ideas, forecasts, comments, reactions, subscriptions, views, watchlists and interface settings.
Technical data may include IP address, browser, device, time zone, cookies, local storage, error logs, network events and session data. Connected channels may require Telegram IDs, push tokens or similar identifiers.
Payment data may include payment status, plan, charge date, transaction and provider identifiers. Full card details should remain with the external payment provider.
2. Why we use data
We use data for registration, authentication, account protection, contract performance, Free and Premium features, charts and radar, notifications, support, diagnostics, abuse prevention, payments and product improvement.
Analytics, advertising cookies, pixels or affiliate tracking may require separate consent depending on your jurisdiction.
3. Data sharing
We may share the minimum data required with hosting, database, email, payment, analytics, security, support, notification, Telegram or push infrastructure providers.
Data may also be disclosed where required by law, a payment provider, an abuse investigation or the protection of CrypSpy, its users or third parties.
4. Retention
Account data is retained while an account is active or as needed for contract performance, security, financial records, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Technical logs are normally retained only as long as reasonably needed for diagnostics and protection.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, export, withdrawal of consent and information about data transfers by emailing crypspyteam@gmail.com from the address associated with your account.
Where applicable, you may also submit a complaint to the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect your devices, email, passwords and external accounts.
