1. How to cancel
Use the subscription controls in your account or the payment provider’s interface. If no control is available, contact crypspyteam@gmail.com from your account email.
2. Access after cancellation
Unless required otherwise by law or stated by the provider, cancellation does not retroactively refund the current period. Premium features remain active until its scheduled end and the account then returns to Free limits.
3. Deleting an account
Deleting an account and cancelling a subscription are separate actions. Cancel active renewal before deletion and retain payment confirmation for your records.
