1. General rule
Digital Premium access is normally activated immediately. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, completed subscription periods and used digital services are non-refundable.
2. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized or technically incorrect, email crypspyteam@gmail.com with the account email, date, amount, currency and transaction reference.
3. How requests are reviewed
We may verify account activity, Premium activation and payment-provider records. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and processing time depends on the provider.
