1. Prohibited conduct
You may not scrape, copy or resell data without permission, evade Free or Premium limits, overload the service with bots, attack APIs or WebSockets, test vulnerabilities without authorization or interfere with another user.
Fraudulent ideas, phishing, malicious links, spam, undisclosed advertising, profit promises, market manipulation, pump-and-dump activity, unlawful financial offers and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
2. Automation
Automation is permitted only where explicitly supported by the interface or API. Limit evasion, bulk account creation, user emulation and extraction outside normal product use are prohibited.
3. Enforcement
CrypSpy may rate-limit requests, hide or remove content, suspend features, block accounts, reject registration or notify infrastructure and payment providers about serious abuse.
