Dinari, a California-based tokenized securities firm, has announced a partnership with stablecoin issuer Circle to launch a blockchain-based platform for trading tokenized U.S. stocks. The company says it plans to gradually bring the entire S&P 500 index on-chain.

The platform uses dShares, with each token representing an underlying stock backed by real securities held by regulated custodians. Investors can buy and sell these tokenized assets directly from self-custody wallets using USDC, Circle’s stablecoin. The service also supports instant settlement and allows assets to be moved across different platforms.
According to Dinari, the initiative is designed to connect the roughly $300 billion stablecoin market with the more than $60 trillion U.S. stock market. The platform is already operating in 85 jurisdictions and offers more than 6,000 tokenized assets.
