Delete your CrypSpy account
Confirm the request with a code sent to your account email. Deletion is automatic after 7 days; no support message is required.
How it works
- Enter the email linked to your CrypSpy account.
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to that email.
- The account is scheduled for deletion in 7 days. You can cancel during this period.
Data that will be deleted
- Account, profile, avatar and sign-in methods
- Sessions, devices, push tokens and security records
- Alerts, favourites, watchlists and indicator settings
- Ideas, forecasts, comments, reactions, subscriptions and views
- Premium invoices and payment-related account records
- Other data directly associated with your CrypSpy user ID
Retention
The active database data is deleted after 7 days. Limited copies may remain in encrypted backups and security logs for up to 30 days, then expire automatically. Records that must be retained by law may be kept only for the required period.
